Influencing The Personalities

Tips On Influencing People

If you’ve made it this far, then congratulations are in order!

Welcome to the final component of the SharePoint Atlanta Collaboration Examination.

Once again, the origins of why we created this collaboration examination/personality test is because one of SharePoint’s biggest features is the ability to collaborate with others. And if you are in the business of learning ways to improve your collaboration skills, then this examination/test can help you in achieving that goal. Knowing the different personalities, and what makes them tick, will let you understand others better – and that’s a very valuable skill to have.

On the earlier page we covered the concepts of the four personality types, their characteristics, and ways to identify the different types.

In this final page, we tackle the subject of what do these different personality types “like and dislike.” Once you know what their likes and dislikes are, then you’ll be able to relate with them better. This sounds like a big objective to tackle, and it is, so we’ve simplified the whole process and created this easy “Likes and Dislikes” Summary Page. This will help provide a handy reference for you when you want to know the wants and needs of others.
